BramFamily Policies

This page is used to give description of BramFamily Policies and requirements of service.

There will be a $25 design fee that will be required to be paid before, or during time of payment for order. During this time, there will be TWO approvals sent before project will begin. For projects more than 6 items there will be an additional $5 charge added per item. 

Once the product is approved then the order will be placed at that time. BramFamily Designs will not process or take responsiblity for any images that are of poor quality.

For Orders needed within 1-3 days, there will be a $75 rush fee added onto the order. Normal processing time of each order will be 3-7 business day counting weekends, unless other stated by BramFamily Designs.
